SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the x·quic Support text messaging program. They apply only to text messaging and are separate from the x·quic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How you opt in

    You see the invitation on xquic.com

    The notice below appears on the x·quic Contact and Support pages, next to the support number. It is the only place text messaging is offered, and it is shown on its own, not inside the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy.

    By texting x·quic, you agree to receive text messages from x·quic about your support request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

    You text us first

    Nothing is sent to you until you send the first message. You may text the keyword SUPPORT or simply describe your issue in your own words.

    We confirm your consent before anything else

    Our first reply is a confirmation that restates what you are agreeing to receive and how to stop. A support ticket is opened only after that confirmation is sent.

x·quic does not send marketing, promotional, or sales text messages on this number.

Terms

  • Frequency

    Message frequency varies. You receive messages only in response to a support request you started. A typical request involves two to five messages.

  • Cost

    Message and data rates may apply. x·quic does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

  • Opt out

    Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from this number. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can opt back in at any time by texting SUPPORT again.

  • Help

    Reply HELP for assistance, call 877-634-8758, or email support@xquic.com.

  • Not a condition

    Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any x·quic product or service.

  • Carriers

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers; delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or devices.

  • Your data

    Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the aggregators and providers that deliver the messages. See the x·quic Privacy Policy.

Separate consent

Agreeing to receive text messages from x·quic is a separate, standalone choice. It is not bundled into the x·quic Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, it is not required to use xquic.com, and it is not required to become or remain an x·quic customer. Declining or opting out changes nothing about your service.
