Trust & Security

Built to earn a controller’s sign-off.

x·quic reads the records it audits and nothing more. Read-only access, role-based permissions, encryption in transit and a full audit trail behind every dollar recovered.

Our principles

Minimum access, maximum accountability

Hotels hand us access to the systems that hold their revenue. We treat that as the most important thing we do.

01

Read-only access

x·quic connects with read-only access and asks only for what the audit needs. It does not change reservations, rates, folios or settings in your systems.

02

A dedicated login for x·quic

Hotels create a separate x·quic user in each system rather than sharing a staff login, so access can be reviewed or revoked at any time without affecting your team.

03

Role-based permissions

GMs, controllers, asset managers and ownership each see the view they need, for one property or a whole portfolio, and nothing more.

04

Encrypted in transit

Data moves between your systems, x·quic and your dashboard over encrypted connections.

05

A full audit trail

Every finding and every recovery traces back to the source record: the reservation, the invoice line, the card settlement or the folio. Exports are ready for your accountants and auditors.

06

Your policies, your merchant account

For no-show, cancellation and incidental fees, x·quic reports what is owed and which cards were never retried. Your team charges them through your own merchant account, under your own policies.

Visibility

You see everything we see

One dashboard

Every audit, finding and recovery appears at app.xquic.com, from portfolio roll-ups down to single transactions.

Monthly recovery summary

Groups receive a monthly email summary of what was recovered and protected across the portfolio.

Real people

Every group has a dedicated account manager, around the clock. Enterprise plans add a dedicated success manager.

Independent

x·quic is independent. It is not affiliated with any OTA, brand, card network or Corpay (CLC®), so its only job is to find what your hotel is owed.

Privacy and data use

x·quic uses hotel data to run the audit, recover revenue and report results to the hotel and the people it authorizes. Details are in our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and SMS Terms. On xquic.com, analytics and marketing cookies only load after a visitor accepts them.

Security questions

What access does x·quic need?

Read-only access to the systems that hold the records being audited: your PMS, OTA extranets or statements, merchant accounts and, for crew hotels, Corpay (CLC®). Your onboarding contact sends the exact steps for each system, and x·quic asks only for the access the audit requires.

Can x·quic change anything in our systems?

No. Access is read-only. x·quic reviews reservations, invoices, settlements and folios; it does not edit them. Recoveries such as commission credits and disputes run through the channels and processes the audit documents.

How do we remove x·quic’s access?

Because x·quic uses its own dedicated login in each system, your team can disable that user at any time, the same way you would for any vendor, without touching staff accounts.

Who at our company can see the results?

The people you authorize. Role-based permissions let GMs, controllers, asset managers and ownership each see the properties and views that apply to them.

We have a vendor security review. Can you help?

Yes. Talk to our team at (877) 634-8758 or through the contact page and we will work through your questionnaire with you.

See it on your own data first.

The Free 1-Year Profit Audit runs on read-only access with nothing to install. No cost, no commitment.
